Training

DEDICOM can deliver standard product training courses, but our speciality is training courses addressing specific customer needs and/or tailored to prepare customer operations staff to manage e.g. equipment supplied as part of a specific project or turnkey solution.

The optimum result is obtained when the training in carried out at the DEDICOM premises in Denmark where we build a training environment to simulate the customer networks, including network management systems if possible. In this environment the participants can concentrate fully on the learning activities without the distractions of their daily workplace. The training sessions are typically structured with a theoretical introduction followed by many hands-on exercises.

DEDICOM also delivers customised training onsite, which can be a benefit if a lot of trainees have to participate in the same training scenario or cannot leave their normal workplace for longer periods.

Furthermore, DEDICOM can arrange for 3rd party vendors to carry out training at the DEDICOM premises in Denmark.

All DEDICOM instructors are certified.
